Options on '75S Front Brake Calipers
What are my options for the replacement of '75S front brake calipers? I want to get the car on the road ASAP and don't have the time to rebuild the alloy S calipers currently on the car, so I was wondering what I could put on there for now that are more readily available and maybe I could find that are good/used and ready to bolt on.

Early 911S Aluminum Calipers
FS: Alloy S Calipers 72/73S, RS Carrera Turbo Or these may work as well... FS SC front calipers

The standard "A" calipers will be a bolt on replacement; they just use thinner pads.

So I can place any SC or Carrera front calipers on it with my current stock setup? I don't care about replacing the pads (obviously) but if I can find a good clean working pair of anything at this point while I rebuild the originals it would help.

PMB might have a restored set of S calipers on the shelf you can buy on a core exchange basis.

so, on topic. I would suggest that the Carrera calipers would likely require changing out the rotors too as they are 24mm where as the SC, and likely S units take the 20mm rotors.

These caliper really benefit from a full restoration by PMB. The need to be deanodized, cleaned up, and reanodized. Then they will be protected against corrosion again. The piston almost always need to be replaced. I no longer bother rebuilding these calipers, and just send them to PMB. Just like Fuchs rims, these Fuchs/ATE caliper need the hands of experts with the correct processes.
