Gonna have to go to church twice on Sunday!!!

Been cusssing so much this last hour, wish I knew some german swear words.

Ordered new fuel injectors and sleeves. The injectors aren't too bad BUT them Sleeves.

I have the notches...... any easy way besides trying to file the notches

Put an injector in the bottom of the insulator and drive it out. The build kit has the rubber "O" ring in it for the outside of the insulator.

Scheisse is the word you are looking for. It is the swear word for poop. (pronounced: Chi sa)

Use a Dremel, drive them out from underneath with a punch, really clean it up inside and put the new o-rings/sleeves in, and then use another punch around the outside(top) to crimp them in. I did not use a flat punch/chisel when putting them back in, but a round one in 4-5 places around the top edge.

I used a short, sharp pocket knife to cut out the stakes in the aluminum. Then I used an easy out to pull the sleeves. That wasn't to bad.
