BF Torino

I am interested in purchasing a set of BF Torino ST Rally seats. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website (Telephone: 0049 (0)5066 3074) and always get a number not in service recording. I have sent a couple of emails to bf@bielstein.com which is the email listed on their website. I have not received a reply yet.

Does anyone have any other contact information for BF Torino?

I inquired about a set of seats via the contact form on the website. I got a reply a few days later from the same email address you listed.

I really like the seats. I've seen them in person and they are good quality and they have a nice selection of period correct style seats that aren't wildly expensive. They need a US distributor to handle customer service. I think they could sell a lot more seats. :-)

Their communication isn't the best, but it's worth the effort to keep trying them. They are the real deal, I have purchased two sets of seats from them and am quite pleased.

I also had them make matching back seats in the same leatherette/basket weave and they did a fine job.

Do you have any different contact info (email or phone #) than what I have listed above?

It's August and a lot of businesses in Europe close for the entire month. You would think they would put that on their website. No, they just think everyone will know. Rob

This is the US distributor for BF Torino.

Porsche seats - leather car seats - custom car seats - Recaro car seats - classic car seats

Stefan is a great guy. He gave me installation help on a pair of used Nurburgrings that I bought from a Pelican.

Hmmm? Are you sure about that? I thought he was the guy from GT Classics. I can get BF Torino seats from Stefan at GT Classics?

Yes. My Nurburgrings are made by BF Toriono, and they were originally purchased from Stefan. I bought all the mounting hardware from him for my 72, since the seats were originally in an SC.

I purchased a set of Nurburgring seats with all the brackets from BF Torino and I also couldn't be happier! Yes communication is a little tough but the seats are beautiful quality and the price with shipping was unbeatable. They weren't the best at replying to my emails so I called them (took me a few goes to get through, remember they are 9 hours ahead of Pacific time) and went over the order with the guy and found them very helpful on what I should order from their website (seat rails, tilt brackets etc).

As far as I understand it Stefan at GTS Classic used to import their seats from BF Torino for re-sell in the US but he now makes his own version of the seats.

As far as the number goes try dropping the '0' in the brackets, so 0049 5066 3074

Hope this helps

-Kav.

Ze Germans are gettingz bak to business thiz week.
So if you call call 0049 5066 3074

0049 is the country code for Zermany. no need to put a 0 between the country code and the 5.
Zermans like to do buziness between 9-12 and 13-17.
When it is 15 hours over here it is 09hours in Atlanta to give you an idea. So you have a small window.

Thanks to all who replied. Bielstein BF Torino just replied to my email this morning. He answered all of my questions. I just purchased a set of Rally ST B73 Leather / Perforated Leather black for my 83 911 SC and necessary hardware. I am pumped. I am really looking forward to having these seats in my car. I have heard nothing but good things about these seats.....

On a related note. I will probably go with a racing style seat belt. Any recommendations?

I have purchased a pair of BF Torino Nurburgring seats recently & couldn't be happier. The quality of the materials used to manufacture their seats is very good.

I took the option of Houndstooth inserts & had BF Torino supply some extra material for my back seats.

I also have a set of these in my 911 and am very happy with them. I would recommend only using the tilt base on the passenger side though as it raises the drivers seat too much.
