anyone have this?? his site only has fax.. have not used this in decades...

I don't think he shares it with anyone but resellers.
His phone and/or email would explode if he gave them out.
He was quick to answer a supplier providing me with parts.

His way of dealing with constant calls or email. He gets to the faxes when he has time.
Darn good idea when running a small one man business where constant interruptions can keep you from doing any work!

Send Rich a fax and he will get back to you. I love the fact that he has enough sense to not sit on the phone all day so he can get some work done!
