1977 Porsche 911 3.0 S cam case casting

I have a 1977 Porsche 3.0 S that has the number 901 105 111 1R on the cam housing casting. I have not seen many with this casting number. The number I see all the time that looks the same and comes up with the same part number is 901 105 111 0R. Any of you guys have insight? I've been told it is either 3 or 4 bearing that year. Just trying to find out prices on parts before I remove the engine.

All the castings carried that number through partial year 78/79 then it changed to 930 casting number. The bearings on the cams are different sizes as is the holes in,the carrier between 2.7 and 3.0.
