More Dunkel's

Here's a few more for you guy's. What a beautiful day it was.

I was bummed for a while because I found a set of 70/71' S mag stacks I could of used on the 71' S Targa I'm restoring. I told the guy that I would take them and we agreed on the price. I said I would run up to the cash machine at the B of A at the entrance to Dunkel's and come right back with the cash. Well you guessed it he sold them out from under me. They were gone in the ten minutes it took me to get the cash. I thought we had a deal. He mumbled something about "I didn't know if you would come back" lame lame lame. I would have left my camera with him or a deposit had there been any question of him needing reassurance. Okay I'll stop now I'm getting bummed again.

That's some heavy firepower on the early red car! It must get REALLY dark in California. ;)

Bobby, Awesome pics! What's your camera? Bummer about the stacks, that is the danger w/ swap meets. You gotta have cash in hand. I sold some stuff, I'm a lot more mellow about it than some of these guys, if someone says hold it I will until the time they say they'll be back. Sorry to hear it, but what a day, huh?

Hi Denis,

The camera is a Sony Cybershot 1.3 Megapixel. DSC-S30.

It's a couple years old now so there are better cameras out there. I got it because I like the LCD viewer that you can tilt at any angle when shooting. It's great for getting the camera in a position where you don't have to be a contortsionist to see your shot. It's also got a Zeiss Zoom lens. The only drawback is that the LCD can be difficult to view on bright sunny days.
