Fuchs Wheels worth refinishing?
First question is are these real? Second is it worth refinishing them or not?
Specs are 15 x 7 and 15 x 8.5 I will be getting new wheels at some point so I don't have to run massive spacers but these don't look bad as a spare set. Thanks ![]() ![]()

aftermarket.
worth overhauling? why not? cheapest way is a good cleaning and PlastiDip. more expensive is paint removal then reanodizing and paint

Re-pops - still, nice looking 8.5's.
What's to overhaul? Wash down with solvent, mask with blue tape, and rattle-can with Rustoleum 7777.

Absolutely worth re-furb, ASFAIK Pasti-Dip has been noted to have a textured result (not quite desirable for a clean finish) as mentioned above - alot of available "good" quality black paint (similar finshes like factory ie. satin, semi gloss etc.) can really make them "pop" & look awesome

yes, plastitip leaves a rubberish matte finish.
it's just an option when you want a quick and easy reversible black-out outlaw look and do not care what they look underneath. clean, spray, open beer. painting the petal after cleaning for the OEM look is doable with a 2-component paint rattlecan. but refurbishing the outer/silver edge can only be done by a mediablast and diamondcut or re-anodizing. if these were mine, and as they ere way less valuable as real fuchs, I'd limit my effort and money/time in overhaulin, and I'd only do what is easy-DIY.

Contact at BF Torino
I am interested in purchasing a set of BF Torino ST Rally seats. I have tried to call the phone number listed on their website (Telephone: 0049 (0)5066 3074) and always get a number not in service recording. I have sent a couple of emails to bf@bielstein.com which is the email listed on their website. I have not received a reply yet.
Does anyone have any other contact information for BF Torino? |

be sure to confirm tire size/availability/etc. before going farther down this road
-- relatively few 15" performance tires still available. Would hate for you to find that you now have a set of 4 beautifully-refinished hose reels

Good point - the r888s are available in 205/50 and 235/50 which would work
