wiper not parking and squirter stopped too

Nothing done recently but suddenly wiper wont park properly and i no longer have WW cleaner squirt

I did replace steering wheel and all grounds appear good

The intermittent and low/fast wiper actions arr functioning


could it be contacts in the switch?

any suggestions appreciated (PICS too!)

was related to the intermittent relay..corrected now
