ID this electronics?

I am working on deleteing the aftermarket radio. This is under the dash and behind the radio. Any of you gurus able to ID it?

Do you know what head unit it had in the car ?
It could be a power amp, some head units had their power amp section seperate.

It was a Sony.

It looks like factory wiring leading to it.

Is it connected to anything other then the cruise control system?

I have already removed the servo from the back. Just want to make sure if I remove it I don't create issues for myself down the road.

Good call, having not had a 911 with Cruise control on, I would never have known about this.

Nope not connected to anything else. So you can remove that unit and save yourself a whopping 1-2 lbs!
