After getting gas yesterday I reset Trip Meter. A couple of miles later noticed that it nor the odometer are working. Hit it, thumped it, etc to no avail. Went to remove unit today. No problem removing shell per previous instructions on site. However there are three wires in the back of the unit that go into red spring loaded devices of some sort. How do I remove wires from these devils? I need to send unit to shop.
Thanks for your help. Roger |

Ever feel really stupid?.....
It was just the bulb holders. Realized you have to remove light bulb holders, not the wire..oh well... Any suggestions from anyone on good place to send for repair? Thanks Roger |

Also try Palo Alto Speedo in the bay area....call them both, get an estimate and then grind them for a better price. It works, I got almost a 25% better deal on a three gauge rebuild...
