Dash repair

Anyone have a good source in the Bay Area (San Francisco area) you can recommend to repair and recover dash and knee pads?

Looking for options other than buying new.

The most rational and cost effective approach for the dash is a dash cap.

Can recover yourself. Need some vinyl or leather, epoxy gel, clamps, and patience. Not tooting own horn but here's my take on doing it... Search "recovering dash using gel epoxy adhesive." Did same process with leather---vinyl is easier to work with.
