left turning signal burns when lights are on
 

Hi all,

I've got a problem when turning my lights on, the left turning signal goes on as well.
When you pull the lever for the lights, the turning signal is already triggered from the first position.
Also the turning signal doesn't blink, it just burns.
So when I want to turn left in the dark, the left indicator doesn't blink.
The right turning signal just reacts normally.
With the lights turned off, the turning signals work both normal.

I don't know where I have to start searching? Do I start in the fuse box, check the wires,...?
When I' picked up the car it had sealed beams on it. The lightning worked normal (like in the pic below).
I've installed last year EU front lights, but didn't drive it in the dark until now.
Should this something has to do with the problem?

Run lamp and signal lamp wires mixed up in the headlight bucket when you changed the fixtures is my first thought.

Don't know how I could mix up the wires?
As it was just plug in the new lamps.

Maybe your headlight switch has failed? Are you running relays for your headlights?

Looking at the photo, someone has been there before you.
For th original US configuration, There should be 3 wires connected going to the front signal and running lights.
2 flats together, with a ground wire on one side, and one single wire by itself.

Strange the right lamp has also these modifications on the wiring.
But they work normal.

Maybe I have to trace all the wires en check with the original wiring diagram

Hello to Belgium...what kind of headlight did you take of?
Also who did the euro certificate for you.It is a us car and it is imported to Be.right.
Also what about the loose ground ?I would take the front side marker light and turn signal asembly off and look in there.....i thing you might find your problem there
