Need photo of Carrera Stock DME Chip...

In my ongoing efforts to track down my rich mixture issues, I've decided to try to swap in the stock chip for the Autothority chip I'm running now. I also have the Vertex one and yet another one that came in the car when I bought it. I don't know whether that one is stock or aftermarket and don't want to keep doing this over again. So to confirm I have the stock one, does anyone have a photo of the back of an original/stock Carrera DME chip? Thanks.

Sorry I can't help with a pic Richard, you are a couple of days too late. I had my '87 DME apart this past weekend. The look of the stock chip is fresh in my mind though. It had a white sticker with a series of numbers that did NOT begin with 911. No other markings. Hope this helps a little.

If I am correct the chip on the board was my OEM (its the chip that came with the car ) and the one to the right was the new chip. If i can remember where I put my old chip (you know, put it in a safe place and you forget where the safe place is) I will snap a shot for you.

Thanks - that's how I remember the one that I first pulled out of there looking. I'll compare when I get home. I do most of my surfing at work . So, if that cures my problem, I wonder how much I can get for the Autothority chip on eBay.

From another post, looks like the part number is 1267355358 for OEM.

Richard- This last picture is what the stock chips look like - silver label with a Porsche part number. According to Steve Wong, about 75% of the '88-'89 DMEs had part # 1267355357, and about 25% had # 1267355358. The chip that ends in "8" is more aggressive. Have one for sale on this forum, BTW.
