996 Front Brake Swap

I'm considering a 996 Rally build and would like to run 16" wheels. 16's won't clear the front brakes but how about swapping them for the smaller Boxster brakes? Will they bolt on? And if not what brakes will?

And any thoughts on using taller springs and longer shocks to gain 2" of ground clearance?

Thanks, Eric

Or would rear rotors work on the front without causing any problems?
