Is there a Cloudy windshield fix?

Hi Pelican Peeps,

I have a 72 with a cloudy windshied in the lower left and right corners and some cloudiness in the rear window as well. Is there a fix to this issue or is the window delaminating or something?

Btw, the windows have the green tint and could possibly be original..

Thanks for your help,

Rodney

I think it is the windshield delaminating caused by areas of moisture

The plastic layer between the two planes of safety glass is separating and you need a new windshield

Expect some rust in those corners

If you're looking for a replacement in the correct tint and markings check with prosource here on the bird. I've bought several from him over the years and he's a great guy.

Oh, that is good to know... I was thinking you could not get the same green tint anymore.

The OP says he has the cloudiness on the rear glass too. Aren't those single pane and tempered?
