Strut Spacer
I have a 77 911s...A while back (3/8/2008) HERMS911 asked for advice on how to remove the thick spacer from the top of his strut tower...He was given advice by Tyson Schmidt, and finally did it on 3/11/08..The ride of his car improved greatly...Does anyone know where the spacer is and how to remove it? Thanks for your help...

It's on top of your strut, underneath the upper mount to the body. Most of those were removed long ago.
