Question What is "Albert blue"?

Being very partial to blue 911s, I could not help but notice the ad in the April "Excellence" (p. 147) for an Albert blue "RS clone" built from a '72 911T.
What kind of blue is Albert blue? Named after Queen Victoria's Consort?
Picture has what looks like markings where the flares are welded to the body.
"Correct RS engine" - what does that mean?
High asking price ($25K), but looks interesting.

Albert Blue is a very very dark blue...almost black in some lighting situations. Believe it be a Royal color re: King of Belgium or somesuch....

Limoges and Meissen used Royal Albert Blue on their china. Are we into plates now? Or Royalty? Well, a 911 is fit for a king. O.K. Royal it is! RS stands for RennSport (RaceSport) I believe.

One of my personal favorites! Can anybody post some pics? I haven't seen any since last fall before all this miserable weather here in the Northeast. Dreaming of this!

Here are a few pics. As you can see it is a pretty dark/deep shade, and doesn't show up too well in the photos.
