Zenith rebuild

I have recently completed a rebuild of a Zenith 40 TIN that had caught fire. The other Zenith was untouched by the fire. During the rebuild I noticed that the accelerator pump gasket detent is smaller in length than the ones installed on the other carb. My question is: Will it be less of a headache to put the same pump gaskets on the good carb or can I readjust the set screws on the rebuilt card to compensate for the shorter detent?

Do nok know if I understood you question... But the only adjustment you have to worry about is the total amount of fuel per accel...
When you fully push the accelerator each throat have to squirt 5 cc of fuel... And for 'each throat' i mean all six throats.
Hope this helps
