Door Cards fitment

Will door cards from an '87 Carrera coupe fit a '75 911 coupe? Am considering purchase of the '87 door cards but heard that fitment is not the same. Will they fit? Any help appreciated before purchase of incorrect cards. Thanks.

No. The lock is different as well as potentially the window crank vs electric. The cards will have holes in the wrong spots. Do you have manual windows? The 75 lock sticks out on the sill- in the Carrera they have the anti theft circle lock. So you’ll have that hole there.

You can make your own with 1/8” hard board, some padding and vinyl or leather. Took me 4 hrs total and about $60 for both

The handles were from a supplier in the UK, they are aluminum for an Austin. The pulls I made from leather straps and an eBay grommet kit. I attached the handles and panels with the stock clip and river nuts, easy once you make a template it works for both sides
