Replacing fuel injection wiring?
 

All,
I'm trying to determine if there is an easy path on replacing all of the wiring related to my injectors.
Does Porsche or anyone make a complete factory replacement for the all the wiring on the engine?
I'm looking for something that is identical in appearance to the factory wiring.

Have you looked into running 4 spittle injectors? I ran Bosch 784's for a year and now have 715's in the car. Incredible upgrade from stock when run with a chip. Wouldn't think it's the same engine.

It's definitely worth a look... is this a direct drop in replacement for my stock injectors? I have a custom chip from Steve if there is some fuel timing changes that need to be made by him for this to work.

Please tell me more... what made you go with them? what changes did you notice with the 715?

A full engine harness is available from the factory but won't be cheap ...

The 784 require a small electrical adapter that clips into place but the 715 don't. The Wong chip is a perfect chip for the injectors and vise versa. It isn't so much that they flow more fuel.....what they do is atomize it better. I recall several threads here about it. One guy sells a kit. I've got a local friend that's in the business.

Not sure if I can link to a youtube video but if I can my car is the #50 meatball car in the above video. On the freeway you can clearly see my car is faster than the 964's :roflmao: Skip forward to 2:40 :eek:

Pelican lists it, but shows as NLA at Porsche warehouse. Check via google.
Also it is only the "alternator harness" doesn't have any of the injector wiring.
All injector wiring is tied to the separate Motronic harness.

Why not buy the parts on Amazon and do it yourself. The original Bosch bits are still out there. Google is your friend

Man you and I came from very different schools. I can't stand the idea of someone else doing my work. I know we didn't build the cars or the parts that go into them, but I look forward to any opportunity to get my hands dirty
