THe nest: another update
 

Today I got alot of work done, thanks to Keith (KC911) and my dad

We got the engine in and the throttle bodies/stacks on. I'm currently working on hooking all the hoses and wires up.

More details and pictures later tonight.

Tim, What are the odds of us seeing your car for the Mountain Drive on 3/15?

I'm thinkin' they're about 80% or better. I still have to hook up alot of the hose's and wires and everything needs to be tested and adjusted but I think I'll be there with the porsche

lessons learned:
Throttle stacks are best put on BEFORE you put the engine under the car.
A tractor makes a good vehicle to drag the engine/transmission into place.

and another lesson learned from the day after: grinders and fingers don't mix. There might be pictures afterwards on dtw's site about this one.
