oil fed tensioners for 2.4l

hi
some questions on installiong oil fed tensioners on to a 72 2.4l .
the new chain covers have 2-8mm stud holes on the top left side. the studs in the chain housind are only 6mm. Are there special studs for these?
from wayne's literature hes said that cars earlier than 73 need an oil line adaptor? what is this fitting?
he mentions spacers my 74 has spacers about 1/2" thick is that what he means by spacers?

"The kit comes complete with everything that you need to perform the job on 1973-1983 cars with CIS (Continuous Injection System).
The earlier cars need an oil line adapter, and also a set of chain tensioner spacers. This is because the later style tensioners had narrower bearing surfaces than the original tensioners. If your car has these narrow style idler pulleys, I'd recommend replacing them when you perform the upgrade."

At some point Porsche moved the oil pressure sensor to a block on the rear right hand side of the motor. The Carrera oil lines connect to this. I used a oil pressure warning switch in mine. See picture.
The Carreras had an upgraded chain sprocket idler pulley pivot, it think it is called, that had a wider, bushed bearing, so most likely you need a spacer or upgrade to Carrera units.
You will need longer studs on the upper left. Not sure if special ones are available. You could still use 6mm nuts with washers, I would think.

on closer inspection,, the motor has a 9301055010R chain tensioner (74/77) model from what i found. and luckily there are spacers in the idler pulley so at one time the motor had this part redone (the heads were redone in the past to they must have upgraded to these.
so if i add that oil switch device will the line will reach?

as for the studs, on the 84 parts blow up they are 8mm x 42mm studs.
has anyone ever drilled out the cam housing for these? a bit afraid of how much magnesium is around the stud, maybe a sleave would be best?

update found this part: to adapt the oil line to the engine case fitting
trying to find it on pelican
