Hardtops an option?

Was there ever an optional oem or aftermarket hardtop for cabriolets? The old MGs had them.....just curious if one was ever made for SC and Carrera cabs....

Aw bite me..... I have not considered looking for a hard top due to my lack of heat or rain leaking in....the issue is the way most race sanctioning bodies treat the cabriolet. They make me wear arm restraints AND put the rag top up AND have questioned my roll bar simply because it is a cab.....the roll bar I have is SCCA and PCA legal for a hard top....but because it is in a cab, I have gotten grief..... THAT's why I am looking for a hard top. Nice come back though.....

Hardtop was available for 3.2 Carrera cab. It had to be factory fitted. Very, very rare.
