CIS idle adjustment screw loose

I noticed i can grip the idle scew with my fingers and make it wobble side to side, as im doing that i can here a hissing noise as i move it. I sprayed some carb cleaner but has no effect on idle. It's a very audible sound, i took the screw out and the threads look fine, must be the inner threads are worn out in the throttle body itself. anyone ever experienced this problem?

I would be considering replacing it as this is a potential vacum leack area.

If you screw it back in does it still wobble? It may just be backed out too far. Maybe the PO backed it out to bring the idle up to compensate for something else? Mine was that way when I got it. I adjusted the CIS mix richer (CW) which brought my idle up then I screwed in the idle adjustemnt screw to bring it back down to 950 rpms and stopped the hissing.

Silicone tape worked great! No more wobble.
