2.4S P&C on a 2.7??

Would a set of 2.4 S p&c work on a 2.7? or is there a differance in the stroke of the crankshaft. I know a guy that has a set of good used ones I might be able to get for a fairly good price

They would except that the 90mm pistons and cylinders onthe 2.7 have a larger diameter at the cylinder base than the 2.4 has. You could bore those spigots from the 2.4 size to the 2.7 size, but you can't go backward.

If you can get the 2.0, 2.2, 2.4 case, your in business though.

2.4-2.7 crank/rods are the same

Not to put too fine a point on it, but you would be decreasing your displacement to 2.4 (reducing the bore).
