What are you doing about the fact that the inlet port on the front condenser (#6 fitting) is TOO SMALL for that? Ignoring that fact?

Porsche Crest THE TAN SWAN's "Completely Modernized NEW Technology 911 A/C SYSTEM"

THE TAN SWAN Professional Install 2-11-14

THE TAN SWAN's "Completely Modernized NEW Technology 911 A/C SYSTEM"

PRODUCES CONSTANT ICE COLD VENT TEMPS IN THE 30's F @ 95 Degrees F Ambient
IN ALL DRIVING CONDITIONS! COMPLETED JUNE 2014

Everything in the A/C system has been re-engineered on this 911

THE AC SYSTEM has a VOV Valve instead of a TXV VALVE feeding the evaporator

REVERSING THE GASES

ALSO HAS The HIGH pressure compressor gas is routed instead of to the rear condenser inside the hot engine compartment; it is first routed/secquenced from the A/C compressor to the Front PFC, then the high pressure returns to the engine compartment partially condensed at a lower temperature and pressure DROP as both a liquid and also a gas refrigerant gas mixture; then returns/sequenced to go to the rear Deck Lid large PFC where it becomes liquid refrigerant; then it leaves the rear PFC via hose that is routed/sequenced to the inlet evaporator valve and is injected into the evaporator and then changes phase inside the evaporator as low pressure gas refrigerant and exits out of the evaporator and rerouted back to the compressor Low Pressure side to begin the A/C cycle again.

I MAKE THE MOST EFFICIENT A/C CONDENSER HEAT EXCHANGERS EVER CREATED FOR THE EARLY MODEL PORSCHE 911 WITH NEW TECHNOLOGY USING ONLY 2 PFC's INSTALLED IN THE ORIGINAL PORSCHE 911 OEM BODY CAVITY FRONT & REAR LOCATIONS

WEIGHT

5 LBS 5 OZ's Total Weight of my new version of BOTH FRONT & REAR PFC/s

Front PFC ONE pound .95 ounces

Rear PFC THREE pounds .56 ounces

My State of the Art PFC's have proven repeatedly to enable early model 911's A/C systems properly prepared to PRODUCE vent temps in the 30s @ 92-95 degrees ambient professionally installed reversing the gases!

Porsche Crest THE TAN SWAN Rear Deck Lid PFC

Rear Deck Lid PFC

Rear Deck Lid PFC MUST BE COMPLETLY SEALED TO THE DECK LID WITH NO SIDE AIR LEAKS TO TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE LARGE ENGINE SUCTION COOLING FAN AMBIENT DECK LID AIR INLET!

REAR PFC FITS THE 911 COUNTURES LIKE A GLOVE CURVED AND FLUSH TO THE DECK LID

^^^
NOTICE ABOVE THE 2 APPOX. 1 INCH SELF TAPING SHEET METAL SCREWS ONLY ARE NEED TO FASTEN THE REAR PFC TO THE DECK LID; AND THE BELOW ENGINE LIGHT BRACKET MOUNT AJUSTED IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED TO COMPLETE THE SEALED MOUNTING OF THE REAR PFC

THE SMALL RIGHT SIDE ALUMINIUM TANK IN BACK OF ENGINE COMPARTMENT YOU CAN SEE JUST ABOVE THE RED HOSE LINE IS AN A/C RECIEVER/FILTER/DRIER TANK AND IS NEEDED FOR SYSTEMS WITH VOV ORIFICE VALVES TO PREVENT LIQUID REFRIDGERENT FROM INTERING THE COMPRESSOR LOW PRESSURE SIDE RETURN FROM THE EVAPORATOR

Porsche Crest The Tan Swan DRIVING TESTS

The Tan Swan DRIVING TESTS

CONSTANT ICE COLD VENT TEMPS IN THE 30's F @ 95 Degrees F Ambient WITHOUT FREEZING UP

The The Tan Swan Vent temps WOULD/CAN easily go down into the low 20's @ 95 degrees F ambient, but it was decided by the FAMILY OWNERS wanted Vent Temps kept above 38 degrees F, just to be more safe from freezing up the A/C system.

To say the least the FAMILY owners were More Then Extremely Happy with the "COMPLETELY MODERNIZED TO NEW TECHNOLOGY 911 A/C SYSTEM!"

The the 911 cabin temp would drop from over 160-180 degrees parked setting in the sun the moment the door was opened and he sat in the car and started the engine with the A/C running; it only took a few blocks and a couple of minutes driving before the cabin was ICE COLD and he had to adjust the A/C temp UP to a warmer comfortable NORMAL setting.

Porsche Crest I consider TXV Thermal Expansion Valves OBSOLETE AND PREFER VOV ORIFICE VALVES!

still editing

Because my custom made 911 new technology A/C PFC's are extremely efficient, over several years engineering and testing development, I have experimented with every type of ways to control evaporators LIQUID REFRIGERANT to enhance the injection into evaporators, to control very low temperatures using a variety of injection valves.

I consider TXV Thermal Expansion Valves OBSOLETE AND PREFER VOV ORIFICE VALVES!

THE MOST EFFICIENT I HAVE FOUND AND USED IS THE VOV ORIFICE TUBE BAR NONE! Today this is ALL I WILL USE IN AN EARLY MODEL 911!

The variable orifice valve (VOV) was developed to improve the performance of a standard fixed orifice tube (FOT). A variable orifice valve will significantly improve A/C system performance at idle and low speed driving, especially in high temperature climates. The variable orifice valve is a direct replacement for the original fixed orifice tube. No physical modification is required to upgrade the A/C system.

Improves system performance in hot idle situations
Delivers five to twelve degree colder vent temperatures
Improves city driving fuel economy and emissions
Reduces compressor load to help extend compressor life

THIS IS ALL THAT IS NEEDED IN A 911 TO CONVERT TXV VALVES TO VOV VALVES

PLUS A SMALL RECEIVER/DRYER PROTECTION TANK THAT PREVENTS LIQUID REFRIGERANT FROM ENTERING THE A/C COMPRESSOR

I.E. SOMETHING LIKE THIS TANK on the far right side in back of the engine compartment

Porsche Crest New Fender Well DUAL PFC Testers Wanted

I have been custom making MICRO-CHANNEL PFC's for early model 911's for over 8 years!

THIS New DUAL PFC is very near being completed, it only needs a CUSTOM shroud and hose fittings added in the next few days to be done.

IT IS UNTESTED!

I made 2 of these, one for testing and one for marketing, etc

I want to finally be the first to make The Holy Grail For Early Model 911 A/C System, USING Only One Dual PFC Condenser to run the whole 911 A/C SYSTEM

The 911 DIY Tester will only need to basically disconnect their current A/C Condensers hoses, (but leave them in place). get a couple of very short reduced barrier hoses and hook them up to the new Dual PFC Fender Well you will install into your drivers side wheel well and to a new filter dryer and then to your evaporator. Recharge your A/C SYSTEM with probably less then A Pound of R134A

FOR THIS TEST you can be anywhere in Florida or maybe even in another USA State?

If you are seriously interested send me a private message here.

I want someone who has a fully working A/C SYSTEM, I WANT SOMEONE THAT CAN DO THE INSTALL FAIRLY QUICKLY. AND REALLY WANTS TO BE A PART OF MAKING EARLY MODEL 911 HISTORY!!!

I know this DUAL PFC has the needed A/C condenser surface area to run the whole 911 A/C System!
The blower on it I have chosen is 950 CFM of air cooling

I will need a $450 deposit security on the PFC; I will make the PFC DEPOSIT fully refundable if its sent back to me completely undamaged

If you want to be a part of making 911 history let me know!

Still editing this

Porsche Crest This New Dual PFC has the Surface Area Capacity ALONE TO RUN THE WHOLE 911 A/C SYSTEM

This New FENDER WELL Dual PFC has the Surface Area Capacity ALONE TO RUN THE WHOLE EARLY MODEL 911 A/C SYSTEM

OR IT CAN BE USED TO SUPPLEMENT YOUR OTHER HEAT EXCHANGER CONDENSERS

IT IS ALMOST COMPLETED EXCEPT FOR THE SHROUD AND HOSE FITTINGS
I BOUGHT THE METAL TO FABRICATE THE SHROUD TODAY and already have the fittings

IT IS UNTESTED

IT HAS THE SAME CAPACITY AND SURFACE AREA AS 2018 NEW PORSCHE 911 A/C SYSTEM HAS AND PRODUCE SIMILAR ICE COLD VENT TEMPS @ 95 DEGREE'S F AMBIENT

IF YOU WANT TO BE A PART OF MAKING 911 HISTORY and your serious PRIVATE Message me
Its not free

No one cares. You got nuttin' but wind.

Same story since 2011. Really?

Oh yeah. I need a life, right? Keep going and get this thread closed as well.

You are the quintessential engineer. Gimme some archimedes in a bathtub crap.

Put up or shut up. I dare you.

I liken you to Richard Simmons. How different is that from calling someone an idiot?

Name calling. Your downfall.

Reid,

It is about time you do something to demonstrate your work. It has been so many years since you started bragging about your incredible discovery. My youngest grandchild was not yet conceived when you proclaimed to the world the holy grail of automotive air conditioning. She is already attending school and you are still looking for some DIYer to do the testing for you?

The product has not undergone extensive testing and yet you claimed it to be the best discovery since slice bread. This is a Technical Forum and will need concrete evidence of your work. Do you have anyone living and not imaginary to back up your incredible work? Or you are still editing? Keep us posted or shut up.

Tony
