With the date for the next Luftgekult just announced (April 22, 2018), we can all start speculating where the guys are going to be holding it this year.

So let the guessing game begin...

^^^That would be sweet! But does it have the same feel as the last two venues? I feel like it needs to be somewhere, dare I say it, hipster-esque.

I agree with you Jayson - such a great location, but I don't think it fits their overall vibe.

Hard to beat last year's venue, but since I live in San Pedro I could be a little biased.

They're gunna need a bigger boat. Let's hope preferred gets inside the same fence this time. At least adjacent with easy access. That was bogus having a giant field in between.

Based on the photo, some people were guessing that it would be in some sort of lumber yard or a cool woodworking, design studio.

too bad it's earlier this year, I drove down to the last one from Canada (Saskatoon, Saskatchewan), went through snow driving over the rockies in May, which was "interesting" in my '74 widebody with Avon's on the back... April might be too scary for a car with no heat and race tires.

You can hit snow any time of the year there. I ran into some at the end of June a couple years back going over the Coquihalla. Slow, steady and smooth through the slushy muck on the highway.

Maybe, depending on the weather, head south through Montana and over the hills in Idaho and Utah. I'm thinking of going myself this go around.

If that is Weyerhaeuser lumber, they have a warehouse on Terminal Island in Long Beach, Pier T. It's listed at 48,000sf which sounds small, they also have a warehouse in Anaheim that looks much bigger. Nobody would host a car meet in Seattle in April.
