Remove the clam shell plastic cover between the steering wheel and dash. Think that it’s held by 4 very small screws that are accessed from the bottom. Once screws are removed wiggle the top and bottom pieces free. Take care not to crack the plastic guides. You can now examine the CC lever assembly which is held by several screws into the steering column bracket. Remove the appropriate screws and then follow the wiring under the dash and disconnect it from the CC control module on the passenger side firewall.
Hope this helps. Good luck. Johan
