Cam ID

I have a pair of 3 bearing cams that I need to ID. The guy who sold me the engine claimed the cams were GE60s. But since he misrepresented everything else about the engine, I doubt the accuracy of his statements. On the ends of the cams, something has been ground off, but there is still "BP6253" on the end of the cams. Any help to ID these cams is appreciated. Thanks,

Tom
