What valve guide seals to use?

I'm rebuilding 911 heads. What material should the guide seals be made of?

White Teflon 'Perfect Circle' valve stem seals were used by the factory until the infamous orange elastomer seals of the 3.2 Carrera's of the mid-late '80s came along! The Teflon seals are still the best choice for a rebuild!
