aesthetic advice from the group
am ready to give my '69 911 RS clone to an interior specialist. The current dash does not fit well at the driver's side and it annoys me. So I have engaged a very good interior guy who will re-shape the dash and cover it in leather.
So the aesthetic choice is stitching. Do i have him stitch the entire width (at the curve), stitch only around the gauges, or some combination? Does anyone have pictures of their leather dash and how the stitching was done? Thanks to the group for any responses
