Bilstein Strut Install

Wanted to post some pics of my Bilstein Strut installation for those who have the Boge struts.

Here's a tip. Use some 2" wide masking tape to protect the fender lip when doing this project. It's really easy to wack the fender with the strut.

Here you can see I am extracting the excess fluid from the empty strut tube in preparation for inserting the Bilstein strut assembly

To mop up the residual oil in the strut tube I just tie wrapped a shop rag to the end of a long screwdriver much like swabbing the inside of a shotgun barrel.
