FAC-1 K-Jetronic found under seat, what is it

Found this under seat, 1981 row SC. Plugged in or unplugged car runs same. I can’t find any wires running into engine area

If your ripping it out to throw in the round file I would be interested in doing some experimenting on it. You should have a frequency valve to go along with it, maybe near the warm up regulator.
