‘81 lock cylinder came out with the key

In our new to us 1981 sc, I was attempting to unlock the doors from the outside. Not only did they not unlock, but the cylinder came out with the key!

What is supposed to hold the cylinder in the door handle and what would the steps be to get this back in place? I am assuming:
-Remove door panel
-Remove door handle
-what’s next?

Thanks in advance for any help! I searched my Bentley manual I purchased and cannot find anything - and I usually like to know what I am getting into prior to tearing into things.

Help with door lock problem...
Here is a good write up that shows the tumbler. You can search that title if it won’t open.

The screw fell out that holds the inside release finger and you will find it at the bottom of the door. Remove the door panel and the two nuts holding the handle. Pretty easy fix. 1/4" drive 8mm socket and short ratchet works good.
