Mystery 911 Heat Exchangers?

Bought a 77 911 recently and its got interesting heat exchangers/headers. I’m sure someone can tell me what they are. I vaguely remember a manufacturer “Triad”??? Whatever they are, they appear to be stainless and of good quality. See pics and advise thoughts.

I owned a set of those years ago.. I do recall a name rumoured to be triad but its not the same triad that makes the glasspack mufflers for 911 and 914 market.. 2 different company s.. It almost looks like they were fabricated to go over existing porsche headers and maybe these were a retrofit.
