Bumper Seal Strip
Does anyone know where to get the turbo one that extends from wheelwell to wheelwell?

Download the parts fiche for your car so we know what part you're talking about. They have part numbers you can punch into Google or most parts stores.
 The only wheelwell-to-wheelwell rubber strip I'm aware of is the lower front spoiler lip. You can find them for a few hundred bucks used.
