Stupid question - tilting backrest on a manual C2 seat

Can I change tilt of the backrest on a manual 964 style seat? It’s my new passenger seat.

There is no knob to turn like on the older style seats. There are the release knobs on both sides of the backrest to make it fold forward. I tried to pull both release knobs at the same time. It seems like the mechanism only allows one knob to be pulled at a time. And it only disengages the mechanism to allow the backrest to fold forward. No change in tilt once I fold it back into position.

Maybe the tilt is just no adjustable at all, hm

the knobs on either side of the seat do the same thing, allow the seat to fold forward. you should have two levers at the front corners of the seat one allows the seat to move forward and back, the other allows the seat back to recline.

No second lever on the passenger seat.....
