Pulley determination

Does anyone know what pulley this is. It's been running on 3.3 turbo engine for years.

It appears to be 964 pulley but the crankshaft side is shallow to fit 930 crank.

Any negative effects of using harmonic balancer on 930 crank? I am doing an engine rebuild and just wondering if i should re-use it.

Thanks

Never seen one of these. It has a few large bolts, doesn’t it. It may be heaver, but as from the ability to dampen vibration on an engine that is pretty easy to balance IS and interesting oddity. I to wonder what it came off of which leads to why?

I see evidence of welding near the center. Possibly custom.

I was thinking welded too but just not 100 percent sure because those marks could also possibly be from when the pulley came off the crank when it was running years ago. They forgot to put loctite they said. So thought maybe the crank damaged it some. But it does look like welding.

nevertheless, any reason not to continue using it?

Differently welded, has that stack of dimes look, well maybe a few nickels, pennies, and a quarter or two. Then machined to clear the crankshaft.
