If you can get a 930 torsion tube that is a better place to start. You can splice it into the old tube pretty easily. You just have to get the angle of the trans mounts right.

Interesting! Those are good reference points as well. Probably need to cut access holes inside the passenger compartment to weld the backside of tube. If could find the correct size tubing I could sleeve both sides.

If you cut it in the right place you can you use the leftover material to make sleeves. In my case I just removed and replaced the rear seat pans. Are you on Facebook? I can probably get pictures when I take the pans out again.

j911brick. Thank you for the photos! That install looks good! Is that the jig for the adapter brackets, or did you use them when swapping tubes?

The jig is to line up the adapters. More info on my Facebook page. But this is for a G50 torque tube. I also have another pelican page with what I went through.
