Question 911 3 Spoke Steering Wheel Ground Wire Question

Fellow Pelicans,

I am in the midst of restoring an original "extended hub" 3 spoke steering wheel for my SC. I was curious about the horn pad:

Does the horn pad have a ground prong on the backside of it? Should it?

I am curious because I am shopping for a horn pad for my extended hub wheel and it appears most do not have the prong, but some do. TIA.

It should have the ground prong on the back. It is just real hard to see
