mounting through grille driving/fog lights

I bought a set of Hella H-3 driving lights that came on early-70s Mercedes. They are shallow, about 2 inches, 5-6 inches in diameter and they have a heavy glass lens. The bodies are chrome. In any case, I want to mount them as through the grille driving lights, assuming that they aren't too wide. I need a few things - first, I need to find a source for bracketry to mount these things. Can someone direct me to a source and a parts diagram for the factory mounts? Second, I will need to cut my grilles. If anyone has cut grilles for this purpose, I would appreciate their advice/experience on the process. Of greatest value, I think would be a junk factory-cut grille to use a template if someone would be willing to loan it out. Thanks for the input. I will buy a digital camera to document the process so that others can follow if this works out. The lights were $20 each and I'm sure there are lots of these in junk yards around the country.

Looks like the lights I have use the same mount as the 118. I need this part:

Factory part number for the swivel bracket is 901.631.125.00 and the main mount is 901.631.137.00. They were available from Stoddard a few years ago when I was looking for a set. I found a complete factory installation kit on Rennlist so I never bought them individually.
