Atlanta DE this weekend: who wants to convoy?
Hi guys, who's going, on what day are you going and would you like to hook up and go together? I'm in Roswell and am planning to attend as a spectator. I'd like to go either or both days and it would be nice to go as a group. Mike, Mike, Adam, Sean, Steve, Eric B., Rattlesnak, anyone else? Let me know on this post and we can arrange a meeting place on this post as well.

First time participant - classroom in the am Sat then laps after lunch. I would suggest after 10:00 either day would be worth while (gotta make the parade lap Sun)

I will definately be there on Sunday. Happy to caravan with you guys. Mark, Mike, and I live pretty close together. Mike is in the show so he'll be there on his own.....sure hope he didn't install those new Recaros without adequate supervision.....a few inebriated supervisors always ensures proper installation.....
Anyway......Mark, you and I can hook up easily (although I can only go on Sunday). How about all who want to go on Sunday meet at 9:30 at the Holiday Inn on Lawrencevill-Suwanee Road. Take I-85 north to L'ville-Suwanee Road, turn right and you'll see it on the left side. We'll meet at 9:30 and hit the road at say, 9:45 or 10:00. Sound good? ------------------ Mike 94 C2 cab |

Damn! I was really hoping to go this weekend but I don't even have gas money. My 'parachute' didn't open after I got laid off. Now I'm scrounging to buy gas and pay for insurance. I'm sure glad I have an '86 and can run it on regular unleaded.

The plans for Sunday sound great! I've run the plans to go past my wife - and I haven't heard any objections (yet). I'll have to see how the weekend plays out for certain though. I'm not sure about the timeframe for Saturday yet either - can someone give me an idea of what to expect as a spectator, what time to show up,etc? What time should a spectator plan to arrive for Saturday morning? I don't know what to expect, but I am looking forward to it.

The fun begins after 10:00 am. Registered tonight - alot of hot cars this weekend and great weather. Gonna be a blast!
