Feeler gauge
Hi,
Bought the curved feeler gauge from amazon with 4 extra spares and these bent and get damaged like they are made of paper. I know 0.004 is thin but there must be a better version of this tool, I appreciate suggestions.

They're pretty easy to destroy ... once they're too bent out of shape you can't get an accurate
measurement. I bought a bunch of spares for myself when i had a 3.2 after doing a valve adjustment for a friend ! Sure don't miss valve adjustments anymore ...

Once you get used to it, each blade will last through many valve adjustments. I use a somewhat longer holder that takes a foot long blade and when the end gets boogered, I just cut it off with scissors, deburr and bend it 90. Probably done at least 20 valve adjusts with the same tip.
