fuel line size
i will be installing a new fuel pump this weekend and have not removed the shroud/under pan yet. i would like to get the fuel line prior to getting under the thing with the gas drip. can anybody tell me what size rubber fuel line goes from the pump to the tank or pressure side of the pump? im pretty sure its on the discharge side but size of the hose is my delima. yeah, yeah i know thats what she said!!!

I did this in August. I don't recall the line gauge, but it was easy to match and cost next to nothing when we took a break to hit Trak-Auto and grab slurpees. Just take it off when you drain everything and take it to the store with you to match. It's a pretty painless job, if you don't have too much gas left in your tank. Sometimes getting those belly pan hex nuts to thread can be a b!itch.
Oh, and DO NOT screw up the banjo fitting side of the line. Mine sprang a leak a few weeks ago. The whole fuel line cost about $60 to buy and about $600 to replace. I think SC's may be easier than Carreras, but you wouldn't believe the horror story R&R of that pressure line became.
