Fraud case going to court. What does it cost to replace these

1 Attachment(s)
Who can tell me what it would cost to replace these rims. I would like to get used and new prices. I know the deep dish ones would be really hard to find again. I figured those would have to be a used price and not new on pricing.
They are all 15X6's
Part number on the deep dish ones
90136101206
Part number on the other ones are
91136102010
This fraud case I have going on is going to court if the seller doesn't give a refund so I need to find replacement cost. Anyhelp would be appreciated.

Thanks
Brian

Check wheel enhacement and other resellers. The combination should reasonably establish market value.

I would have thought it wouldn't be the value of the goods, but the actual amount that you paid.

Thats what I thought too. The sheriff said different. It would be replacement cost.

Brian,

If its replacement cost, then call up Porsche and Robert Woods and Wheel Enhancement and get replacement estimates for new polished wheels.

This guy thinks that he can screw you so you might as well do as the Sheriff says...

This sounds like a civil matter to me, since you got the wheels, but were unhappy with them. I would suspect that the best you would be able to do is to get your $$$ back, and return the wheels...

Either way I will just be happy to get my money back. Whether it is replacement cost or full refund. I dont really care how the law process makes it work just as long as it does work. This guy knew he was defrauding me and he shouldn't get away with it.

Whats wrong with them?

bfrenz 02-23-2003 10:47 AM

Major pitting, curb damage that was polished making the rims out of round. To take the pitting out it is going to take some serious sanding. I'm taking them down to a polish shop to get a quote on Monday.

Check into your state's consumer fraud laws - it may add some leverage to your situation.
