Porsche 997 Issue when warmed up and losing throttle around 4k rpm

I have searched around threads quite a bit and have not found anything pertaining to my problem.

I have a 997.1 porsche 911 carrera cab with 80k miles and the car was driving perfect but sat for a couple weeks and now I am driving it regularly again. The engine runs perfect, starts up great, have never felt a misfire or strange/unusual sound but after the car has been warmed up for a bit I lose almost all throttle reactiveness approaching 4k rpm.

Feels like it has full torque and responsiveness under 4k rpm but (in all gears) and only when driving, it approaches 4k rpm and won't really go much further over. I dont want to start throwing parts at it but was wondering if anything has ran into this.

My suspicions are either fuel line/filter issue or plugs. Even though I would expect to feel a plugs going bad people have said that they can cause issues before you feel it.

Also no warning lights appear and plugged into the OBD II port and has no codes.

Thank you.
