CHT question

I still have an idle startup problem, new ICV will not hold a good startup idle till warmed up. Once warm, car drives and starts smooth. If the CHT was bad or failing would the car still start up fine and drive well when warm? Thanks, Nick

Unplug when it's idling...see if there is a change.

The more scientific method would be to get a Bentley manual, or search here, and test it with a mulitmeter when cold and when warm.

Did you get your idle mixture set by a shop yet?

Yes, I tried that. When you unplug the CHT the car dies and will not start. When I plug back in the car starts right up.
