Here is the diagram from N. Hollywood Speedometer:

Top connection to bottom connection
Red wire with Black Stripe
White wire Red Stripe
Brown wire Red stripe
Brown/Red wire
2 Brown wires (double connection)

ended up sending to North Hollywood for a complete rebuild, good guys to deal with, worked fast and good communications, not cheap but I think this falls under the you get what you pay for category - speedo is back in car and working great, very happy.

So did they tell you what, if anything, was wrong with the speedo?
