installing front vent windows

I’m ready to install front vent windows to my 1976 coupe. For those who have removed their window frames, should I replace both frames, or just the front vent window. I appreciate your thoughts, dave

I'm looking to do the same thing, unfortunately you have to replace both, It's all one unit and mine are black, most vent window frames are chrome, I tried putting a snap vent in one of mine for at least a little air but it didn't stick out enough and the drip edge of the door blocked any real airflow. I'm keeping my eye out for some frames I can anodize black or paint somehow but the idea which seemed so simple has become a little more involved and expensive than I hoped.
