Bosch fuel distributor numbers?

Can anyone help here?

The serial numbers on the Bosch fuel distributors, can 0438 100 006 be swapped for a 04381 100 002?

Many thanks.

Bosch has a handy reference sheet on this link here. The 002 is not for your car.
It appears the 006 is shared with the Volvo's so check at those sites too.

Thanks Pmax,

I believe the 002 is for a 1973.5 2.4t model, mine is a 1974 model (manufacture date November 1973). Would the 002 not be compatible for me then?
